Software Developer Job Opening In Osceola – Now Hiring Vets Hired


Job description

Job Summary:

The Business Applications Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of business applications and software systems.

This role involves improving existing systems across multiple business functions and creating solutions to optimize and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements are followed.

  2. Design, develop, test, and implement windows-based and web solutions to improve business processes.

  3. Manage and improve current systems in Finance, Sales, Maintenance, and Production.

  4. Maintain and manage databases for a variety of business applications.

  5. Coordinate with internal teams to support organizational objectives.

  6. Document process flows and business rules.

  7. Ensure business continuity by analyzing technology trends and applying them to real-world needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience developing applications in C# or equivalent .NET language.

  • Strong understanding of MSSQL.

  • Oracle experience is a plus.

  • Manufacturing background preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional tasks in mill environments, which may involve exposure to extreme temperatures.

  • May require long hours, weekend, and holiday work to support routine responsibilities.
