Provide system/software engineering support to U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC), IEW&S Directorate Sensors and Mission Division (SMED) to maintain mission continuity, provide a world-class sustainment workforce focused on current and future Warfighter requirements, provide software solutions and services for present and future customers, and maintain Army field readiness with Post-Production Software Support (PPSS) and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS).
This support is for the following systems:
- Biometric Automated Toolset Army (BAT-A)
- Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) OGS SIPR
- Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System (EMARSS)
- Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS)
- Husky Mounted Detection System
- Long-Range Advanced Scout Surveillance System (LRAS3)
- Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (SGF)
Small Tactical Radar Lightweight (STARLite)
HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SENIO WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Capable of working independently or in a team leader to capacity to design, develop, and maintain software for a variety of engineering applications.
- Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements.
- Develop tools and interfaces.
- Design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software applications.
- Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.
- Design embedded systems software.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: BA/BS Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline.
Substitution: NONE - Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
- Certifications: For 8140 compliance – CISSP-ISSAP
- Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI
- Location: Hybrid
- US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $92,331 - $154,211.
This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
