We empower our clients—including banks, investment managers, and regulators—with advanced tools and services to make data-driven decisions across the credit, market, and operational risk domains.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer / Systems Analyst with 5–7+ years of experience in software development and system analysis.

In this role, you will contribute to the development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of applications and analytical tools supporting our financial services clients.

You will also perform system analysis, requirements documentation, and participate in business process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software applications using Python, Java, C, and/or SQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment to meet sprint goals and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Perform system and business analysis to translate complex requirements into functional specifications.
  • Create detailed documentation for system processes, user requirements, test cases, and project status reporting.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
  • Leverage tools such as JIRA and SQL to perform software testing and validation.
  • Communicate technical information and insights clearly to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Gather and synthesize data to support analysis and address key business questions.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5–7+ years of software development or system analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, or C).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience working with MS Office tools, including Excel.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project/task tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in virtual teams.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or Power BI development or administration.
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) or certifications.
  • Post-graduate degree or relevant professional certifications (., AWS Certified Developer, PMP).
