Youll join a talented, remote-first US team and play a key role in developing self-service tools that simplify and automate complex workflows for media activation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of self-service APIs and user interfaces
Leverage existing platform components to deliver scalable, performant and user-friendly solutions
Partner with data science and product teams to turn advanced optimization algorithms into intuitive tools for media activation
Facilitate collaborative discussions with team members and stakeholders to identify and deliver the best solutions to user and business problems
Own end-to-end feature delivery, including architecture, implementation, testing, documentation, rollout, and adoption
Promote engineering excellence through constructive code reviews, mentoring, and driving improvements in code quality, architecture, and platform best practices

Required Qualifications

8+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in Python for backend development and modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript
Expertise in building RESTful APIs, including data modeling, error handling, and performance optimization
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, querying, and tuning for performance and scalability
Experience with modern test frameworks such as pytest, Cypress and Playwright
Proven ability to launch products, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into clear milestones
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with product and design teams to deliver user-facing features

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on SaaS platforms with multi-step workflows, complex data models, or user-facing configuration tools
Experience in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology
Familiarity with design systems, reusable component libraries, or frontend architecture at scale
Experience with GraphQL APIs and related tooling
Experience working in cloud-native environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot
$170,000 - $180,000 a year
