As a Software Infrastructure Developer, you will enhance developer efficiency through improvements to software tools and infrastructure, including our CI/CD pipeline.

**As a Software Infrastructure Developer, you create innovation by...**

+ Accelerating our software development process and enhancing the overall quality of life for our developers.
+ Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other infrastructure developers.
+ Using your creativity to implement solutions such as:
+ Dockerizing applications to streamline deployment.
+ Reducing build times for greater efficiency.
+ Ensuring reproducible builds for consistency.
+ Enhancing static code checks for improved quality.
+ Improving monitoring of KPIs and trends (e.g., test coverage, bugs, pipeline health).
+ Automating compliance tasks, including vulnerability and license checks, and SBOM generation.
+ Keeping our infrastructure functional, efficient, and maintainable.
+ Applying critical thinking to identify the most effective strategies for achieving your team’s goals, rather than merely completing assigned tasks.

**If you...**

+ Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
+ Have 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
+ Enjoy collaborating as part of a technical team to achieve common goals.
+ Are fluent in English.
+ Exhibit analytical thinking, helpfulness, responsibility, organization, and the ability to learn quickly.
+ Possess strong, proven skills in Python 3, Linux shell scripting, and Docker.
+ Have experience with any of the following: Azure DevOps, C++ package management (e.g., Conan), CMake, or automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
