The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Software Quality Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to join the Software Quality team located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
Our team of highly-motivated, customer-focused SQEs partner with integrated program teams to help develop and maintain a culture of first-time quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
As a member of this team, you have the autonomy and responsibility to work with programs to assure the right process for developing, controlling, and verifying software products is planned and complied with, and effectively improving the quality of our software products provided by suppliers.
The selected candidate will partner with various Software Engineering teams to support the software development within the BDS Bombers program, specifically the B-52 platform.
A successful candidate will collaborate with peers within the Software Engineering enterprise to assure first-time Quality and should have a broad background in software development practices, tools, and processes.
Experience with Agile and knowledge of quality standards (e.g. AS9115) is strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are crucial for success.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
(A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range for Associate Level: $78,200.00 - $105,800.00.
Summary pay range for Experienced Level: $83,300 - $112,700
