Detailed job description: The UX Research, Design & Usability Leader will drive the design and user experience strategy for the Digital Products in the Fintech vertical, with a primary focus on creating Consumer Experience Platforms for Lending Products (mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, commercial loans).
Responsibilities
- Lead design and user experience strategy for Digital Products in the Fintech vertical, with a primary focus on Consumer Experience Platforms for Lending Products (mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, commercial loans).
- Collaborate with Design Agencies, Product Designers, User Researchers, and Usability Testers, and provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, usability, and user experience, with at least 8 years of experience in leading design teams and projects.
- A portfolio of digital products and experiences that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and user-centricity, preferably in the Fintech domain.
- A strong knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and tools, such as user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
- A familiarity with generative AI/GPT models, LLMs, voice assistants (Alexa, Google, Siri), and conversation AI engines, and how they can be leveraged to enhance the user experience and engagement.
- A bachelors degree or higher in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric design solutions.
