Job Title: Solutions Architect Department: Product & Technology Location: BILT - Global Brand Support Center, Grapevine, Texas 76051 Overview BILT Incorporated is a fast-growing software-as-a-service company revolutionizing instructions and training for consumers and professional technicians alike.

BILT creates official 3D Intelligent Instructions® for thousands of products from hundreds of innovative brands and hosts them on a free mobile app.

Users can manipulate interactive animations on a touchscreen, providing a superior training differentiator for products that require assembly, installation, maintenance, programming, or repair.

Our Global Brand Support Center is located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex between DFW airport and the Southlake Town Square.

About the Job BILT is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant mobile app solutions for government contracts.

This role will bridge technical and business teams to ensure architectures align with BILT’s SaaS platform and government requirements.

Due to the requirements of our government contract, this position requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications Design end-to-end system architectures for mobile and web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.

Ensure compliance with government standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP).

Lead integration of cloud-based solutions (AWS) with BILT’s SaaS platform.

Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Mentor development teams on best practices and emerging technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.

8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, with 3+ years in SaaS or mobile app environments.

Proven experience with government contracts and compliance standards.

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, and API design.

Strong knowledge of security frameworks and data protection protocols.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations.

Technical Skills Languages: Java Tools: Docker, Terraform Cloud: AWS Standards: REST, OAuth, SAML Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF (preferred) Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, email, and various communication programs (Zoom, Teams, etc.) This role is based in Grapevine Texas.
