<p> </p> <p>Solutions Architect </p> <p><b>Solutions Architect (Adobe Experience Manager / Portal) </b></p> <div>7900 National Service Rd., Greensboro, NC 27409 local only or within 100-200 miles away onsite <br /> </div> <p><b><u>Responsibilities</u></b> </p> <p>This position will report to the System Analysis US Chapter, supporting Commercial Solutions NA for the company.</p> <p><b>Accountabilities/Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead in delivering identified solutions that support the business needs.</li> <li>Ensure that the solutions developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications and business partner quality requirements while safeguarding the usage of company standards, tools and platforms.</li> <li>Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.</li> <li><b>Develop test plans</b>, coordinates, and conducts user acceptance and integration testing of solutions to ensure the requirements at met before deployment to production.</li> <li>Work closely with Product teams to guarantee products and solutions are available and working properly.</li> <li>Participate within the Dealer Engagement Stable Team to understand the North America <b>TDP</b> processes, but also the Global TDP processes.</li> <li>Act as the Knowledge expert (<b>SME</b>) in the TDP area for End-to-End processes.</li> <li>Identify and propose solutions and features to fit the TDP product.</li> <li>Solve assigned issues together with the business.</li> <li>Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updated requirements such as legal, customer experience or other.</li> <li><b>5+ years of solutions experience</b> and <b>creating</b> or <b>managing internal</b> or <b>client portals experience</b></li> <li>Superb communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and execute multiple projects concurrently with a global perspective and the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage stakeholder interests while simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests with excellent interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, conflict resolution skills, and negotiation skills</li> <li>Team Collaborator / Team Player</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:24px"> </p> <ul> <li><b><u>Must have Technical Requirements</u></b></li> <li>Working knowledge of <b>Adobe Experience Platform</b> - a must</li> <li>Strong understanding of <b>Extranets / Portal</b> - a must</li> <li>Familiarity with <b>IAM</b> <b>technologies</b> and processes</li> <li>Strong understanding of <b>large datasets</b> and <b>relational databases</b></li> <li>Expert level in <b>writing user stories</b> with acceptance criteria based on business requirements</li> <li>Proficient in <b>Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, and Visio</b></li> <li>Must possess a strong understanding of the <b>Agile methodology</b> and working with <b>Cross Functional Collaboration</b></li> <li>Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets</li> <li>Professional work experience in analyzing <b>computer hardware</b> and <b>software</b></li> </ul> <p> </p> <table class="Table" style="border-collapse:collapse;
