Position Description:
Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect/Sales Leader to drive secure technology solution sales across both the commercial and government sectors.

This dual-role position combines technical acumen with strategic sales leadership, offering the opportunity to directly impact business growth and national security initiatives.

The ideal candidate has deep operational experience within the Department of Defense (DoD), a strong background in intelligence operations, and proven success in technology development and sales leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role that will guide both solution development and the sales team, while regularly interfacing with clients to deliver mission-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution architecture design and technical sales strategy in support of customer missions.
  • Engage directly with commercial and government clients to understand mission requirements and craft innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Present and pitch concepts to executive and military audiences under high-pressure conditions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring alignment to growth goals and organizational strategy.
  • Translate customer challenges into actionable technical solutions with a focus on software development and integration.
  • Support opportunity capture, proposal development, and contract closure across diverse market segments.
  • Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to align solutions with technical feasibility and delivery capacity.
  • Provide insight into software development cycles, including Agile and Scrum processes, and act as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
  • Represent Quiet Professionals in client engagements, industry events, and high-level discussions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in the DoD sector, including recent experience (within the past 4 years) working in a COCOM HQ and AOR.
  • Strong intelligence operations background in one or more of the following: OSINT, HUMINT, All Source, GEOINT, Counterintelligence, IO, or PSYOP.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports to meet defined objectives.
  • Proven experience in software development environments, with understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Technical understanding of databases, data scraping, fusion, and linking disparate systems.
  • A strong, active network within the DoD and COCOM communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in technology or software sales, including full sales lifecycle: from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Ability to develop and present solutions tailored to client challenges.
  • Familiarity with software subscription models and sales methodologies.
  • Public speaking skills and comfort with high-pressure presentation scenarios.
  • Understanding of common sales cycles and KPIs related to business development.
