Job description

Job Title: Tier 2 / Outbound Call Center Agent
Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour + quarterly bonus (structure pending finalization)
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Call Center Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time

+ October–April: Open 7 days a week

+ April–October: Monday–Friday only

+ Shifts: 8 hour shift 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time

+ Coverage: Rotating weekends and holidays (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)

Training:
New agents will undergo up to four weeks of training, scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, before transitioning to their assigned shifts.
Role Overview:
As a Tier 2 / Outbound Call Center Agent, you will serve as a critical point of contact for members, resolving complex benefit and coverage issues with empathy and precision.

You’ll work closely with internal systems and external partners to ensure timely and accurate support.
Key Competencies:

+ Business Acumen: Deep understanding of health plans and benefit offerings to resolve nuanced coverage issues.

+ Accountability: Demonstrate ownership and initiative while supporting team goals and departmental success.

+ Problem Solving: Use available technology and resources to troubleshoot prior authorization issues and coordinate across pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).

+ Empathy: Apply strong customer service and de-escalation skills to support members through challenging claims situations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
