**The Role at a Glance**

As Lincoln continues in its technology transformation, the IT Enterprise Reporting Team is leading the way providing IT Management with the data needed for informed operational and strategic decisions.

The IT Enterprise Reporting Team is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to help us expand our analytics ecosystem, report portfolio and evolve our data-driven insights.

You will be involved in the end-to-end analytics lifecycle: gathering requirements, optimizing data for dashboard delivery, creating the customer facing dashboard.

As a technical partner and analyst, you will work with other Dataiku developers, Tableau developers, systems owners, and stakeholders to develop a strong data foundation.

**What you'll be doing**

+ Create customer facing Tableau reports to show data insights including project management, financials, software assets, etc.
+ Expand your technical & design skillsets with Dataiku training, Tableau training and mentoring to support the expansion of our data lake & Tableau report portfolio
+ Automate data extraction from various sources, perform data wrangling to transform data, and transfer to Tableau, leveraging Dataiku
+ Responsible for documentation of created data flows, data definitions, and communicating these efficiently with stakeholders
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and objectives, evaluate data’s current state, and give feedback to create efficient dashboards
+ Work with team to ensure that quality objectives are met for all requirements

**What we’re looking for**

We are looking for someone with strong foundational data skills that is looking to expand their data prowess and apply it in the reporting space
Must haves:
• 2+ years experience in data analytics
• 2+ Tableau or similar visualization tool experience
• Need to possess understanding of testing concepts related to functional, non-functional, and performance
• Possesses a growth mindset and enthusiasm about learning new skills
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and research skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice-to haves:
• Database Management
• Python
• SQL
• Experienced interpreting API documentation and pulling data from REST APIs
• ETL / data wrangling experience e.g. Alteryx, Informatica, Dataiku (preferred)

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.

Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.

In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.

Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
