Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)



Job description

We are looking for fantastic SpeechLanguage Pathologists to join a close- knit team of brilliant and caring STs and OTs in an established and growing Private Practice!   

Assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding disorders.

Implement speech and language programs.

Educate and coach caretakers.

Co-treat with Occupational Therapists.

Develop and provide inservices.

Guaranteed Salary whether patients reschedule, cancel, or no show!  We take care of our team so they can take care of our patients!

Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist:
  • Assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding skills.
  • Supervise / Mentor SLPAs, graduate interns, and/or CFs.
  • Supervise or conduct  client screenings of language, articulation, and hearing.
  • Develop and Implement treatment plans or protocols .
  • Collect and compile data to document clients' performance and assess program quality

Salary Range:  $40,000 to $60,000

    About IICA Speech:




    IICA Speech was formed in 2004 by founder, Amy Haught.

    We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy.

    We began in the south bay and currently have clinics in San Jose CA, Roseville CA, and Kalispell/Whitefish MT.

    We currently have a clinical staff of 17 with lots of support from our admin team of 10.
