**Job Description:**
**JOB SUMMARY**
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of communication, cognitive/communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
He/she makes appropriate referrals inside the institution and to outside agencies as appropriate.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**EDUCATION**
_For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._
**Minimum Required:** M.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology
**Preferred/Optional:** None
**EXPERIENCE**
**Minimum Required:** None
**Preferred/Optional:** Two years clinical experience.
**CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES**
_The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position._
**Minimum Required:** Current Wisconsin DRL Licensure/Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
**Preferred/Optional:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at of hire.
**Looking for coverage for 12 weeks to begin in October 2025.**
