Job Description:


  • Install, configure, and maintain Client environments to ensure reliable data indexing and search capabilities.


  • Manage user access and security settings, enforcing best practices for data protection.


  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal Client infrastructure health.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Client with various applications and data sources.


  • Develop and implement data input configurations for ingesting data from diverse sources into Client.


  • Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical information.


  • Design and maintain data retention policies to optimize storage utilization.


  • Proactively identify and address capacity and performance concerns to scale Client deployments as needed.


  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient use of the Client platform.


  • Create and manage Client knowledge objects, such as fields, tags, and event types, to enhance data analysis.


  • Implement and maintain alerting mechanisms to notify stakeholders of critical events and anomalies.


  • Conduct regular health checks and audits of Client environments to ensure adherence to security standards.


  • Collaborate with security teams to detect and respond to potential threats using Client's security features.


  • Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent system issues outside regular business hours.


  • Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages to improve efficiency.


  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades to meet growing data needs.


  • Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance procedures for knowledge sharing.


  • Implement and manage Client apps and add-ons for specialized use cases and data visualizations.


  • Continuously monitor and optimize search performance to provide fast and reliable data retrieval.


  • Design and develop Client apps, dashboards, and reports to address specific business requirements.


  • 2Write and optimize complex search queries to extract and analyze data from diverse sources efficiently.


  • Create and maintain data models to provide structured and normalized data for analysis.


  • Implement data transformation and enrichment processes to enhance data quality and usefulness.


  • Customize and extend existing Client apps to meet unique business needs and use cases.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and develop tailored solutions.
