Job Title: Spotter / Helper – Electrical Support
Compensation: $25 – $30/hr (based on experience)
Per Diem: $45/day
Project Duration: Approximately 4 weeks (1 month)
Employment Type: Contract
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Spotter/Helper to assist with electrical installation work inside distribution centers, where we are upgrading controls panels from manual to automated systems.

This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone with apprentice-level electrical experience.

You’ll assist licensed electricians and controls techs with spotting lifts, staging tools and materials, moving equipment, and light electrical tasks under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Spot aerial lift operators and ensure safe movement in active work zones
+ Assist with unloading, moving, and staging electrical equipment and materials
+ Support conduit runs, pulling wire, and prepping installations as needed
+ Work closely with the electrical and controls team to support daily goals
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
+ Be ready and willing to help where needed on the job site

Qualifications:
+ Apprentice-level electrical experience preferred
+ Safety-minded and able to follow direction closely
+ Willingness to travel or stay near job sites
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
+ Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
