About the Role:
Our Outpatient Clinic in Worcester, MA is excited to offer Clinical Internship Opportunities for Spring 2026! The mission of the Clinical Internship program at Arbour is to provide high quality training and supervision to students with regard to the role and responsibilities of a counselor/therapist while functioning in a multi-leveled, multi-faceted and multidisciplinary Behavioral Healthcare System.
We aim to provide student interns with clinical experience in a clinical setting in which quality care and documentation are offered.
It is hoped that interns, having benefited from their experiences at Arbour, will move on to positions within and outside of Arbour in which they will provide meaningful and quality care to persons in need.
Our Outpatient counseling allows our patients to receive treatment options and support within a much more free and open time schedule.
While programs are structured, our outpatient counseling is best for those stepping down from a higher level of care, seeking limited treatment options or testing out treatment for the first time.
Arbour offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services within our Outpatient program.
