Posting Summary

The Rutgers University, Graduate School of Education, invites applications for Lecturer (formerly Part Time Lecturers) teaching positions in the department of Educational Psychology during the Spring 2026 Semester, February 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.

Successful applicants will instruct undergraduate or graduate level courses in at least one of the the following content areas:

-School Counseling and Counseling Psychology

-College Student Affairs and Higher Education

-Educational Psychology: Learning & Cognition and/or Human Development

-Gifted Education

-Special Education

-Educational Statistics, Measurement, and/or Evaluation

Courses will be offered in a range of modalities beyond traditional settings, including hybrid and online formats.

Course appointments are in the New Brunswick area, as well as, hybrid/online format.

Position Status Part Time Posting Number 25FA0914 Posting Open Date 09/30/2025 Posting Close Date Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Masters Degree Required.

Doctorate Degree Preferred.

Applicants with other degrees from an accredited institution will be considered.

Some prior teaching experience and/or work experience relevant to the areas listed above.
