Job description

Our client, a leader in the Aerospace & Defense industry, is seeking a Sr Advanced Program/Project Engineer to join their team.

As a Sr Advanced Program/Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Military Fixed Wing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership qualities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr Advanced Program/Project Engineer
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Pay Range:** $64/hr (based on experience)

**What’s the Job?**

+ Support requirements development and execution.
+ Assist with system plans, including the System Development Plan and RMVVP.
+ Support engine system architecture, design, and execution.
+ Participate in major system reviews, including SRR.
+ Promote team collaboration, escalate risks, and ensure adherence to IPDS processes.

**What’s Needed?**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
+ 5+ years of Systems or Aerospace engineering experience.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or TPS visa holder (per export control laws).
+ Experience in requirements-based engineering and systems engineering.

(EVMS, SysML, Doors NG or MBSE)
