In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with client teams to gather requirements, architect scalable data pipelines, and implement solutions that drive business insights.</p> <p data-end="815" data-start="574">This position is ideal for a candidate with a <strong data-end="660" data-start="620">solid foundation in data engineering</strong>, proven hands-on experience with modern data platforms and tools, and the ability to tackle complex data challenges in a dynamic consulting environment.</p> <h3 data-end="636" data-start="606"><strong data-end="634" data-start="610">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-end="1546" data-start="637"> <li data-end="744" data-start="637"> <p data-end="744" data-start="639">Partner with clients to understand their business needs and create tailored data engineering solutions.</p> </li> <li data-end="891" data-start="745"> <p data-end="891" data-start="747">Architect, build, and maintain <strong data-end="845" data-start="778">scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data warehouses</strong> to enable advanced analytics and reporting.</p> </li> <li data-end="994" data-start="892"> <p data-end="994" data-start="894">Assess and audit data quality, integrity, and performance, recommending improvements where needed.</p> </li> <li data-end="1107" data-start="995"> <p data-end="1107" data-start="997">Lead and mentor data engineers and analysts, providing <strong data-end="1074" data-start="1052">technical guidance</strong> throughout project lifecycles.</p> </li> <li data-end="1194" data-start="1108"> <p data-end="1194" data-start="1110">Optimize and tune <strong data-end="1158" data-start="1128">data pipelines and queries</strong> for maximum efficiency and speed.</p> </li> <li data-end="1306" data-start="1195"> <p data-end="1306" data-start="1197">Develop and maintain <strong data-end="1266" data-start="1218">documentation, standards, and best practices</strong> for all data engineering initiatives.</p> </li> <li data-end="1435" data-start="1307"> <p data-end="1435" data-start="1309">Stay informed on <strong data-end="1355" data-start="1326">emerging tools and trends</strong> in data engineering, advising clients on best practices and new technologies.</p> </li> <li data-end="1546" data-start="1436"> <p data-end="1546" data-start="1438">Support <strong data-end="1478" data-start="1446">business development efforts</strong> by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client meetings.</p> </li>

<h3 data-end="1592" data-start="1553"><strong data-end="1590" data-start="1557">Qualifications & Requirements</strong></h3> <ul data-end="2478" data-start="1593"> <li data-end="1684" data-start="1593"> <p data-end="1684" data-start="1595">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <strong data-end="1681" data-start="1628">Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-end="1788" data-start="1685"> <p data-end="1788" data-start="1687"><strong data-end="1715" data-start="1687">8-12 years of experience</strong> in data engineering, ideally within consulting or client-facing roles.</p> </li> <li data-end="1849" data-start="1789"> <p data-end="1849" data-start="1791">Strong programming skills in <strong data-end="1846" data-start="1820">Python, Java, or Scala</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-end="1934" data-start="1850"> <p data-end="1934" data-start="1852">Proven expertise with <strong data-end="1899" data-start="1874">big data technologies</strong> such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.</p> </li> <li data-end="1999" data-start="1935"> <p data-end="1999" data-start="1937">Hands-on experience with <strong data-end="1996" data-start="1962">cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-end="2119" data-start="2000"> <p data-end="2119" data-start="2002">Advanced proficiency in <strong data-end="2033" data-start="2026">SQL</strong> and experience with relational and NoSQL databases (BigQuery experience preferred).</p> </li> <li data-end="2198" data-start="2120"> <p data-end="2198" data-start="2122">Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.</p> </li> <li data-end="2310" data-start="2199"> <p data-end="2310" data-start="2201">Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p> </li> <li data-end="2418" data-start="2311"> <p data-end="2418" data-start="2313">Ability to thrive in a <strong data-end="2373" data-start="2336">fast-paced consulting environment</strong> and work independently or collaboratively.</p> </li> <li data-end="2478" data-start="2419"> <p data-end="2478" data-start="2421">Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.</p> </li>
