The opportunity
The Ecosystem and Collaboration team at Adobe is changing the future of how creative work gets done by helping millions of users manage and collaborate on their work, discover new creative workflows, and get the most out of all of their apps and services.
We are looking for a Senior Designer who has a passion for well-crafted digital experiences, pixel-perfect UI designs, and creating solutions that scale to the millions of users who rely on Adobe products every single day to create the future.
This person will work on a team of UI-focused designers who will operate in a studio/agency-model, being able to fluidly move from project to project — partnering with other UX product designers — to drive visual and UI design excellence in any and all phases of the work, from new product experience conceptualization, product refinement, and design specification execution.
We are seeking someone with exceptional visual and interaction design skills, impeccable aesthetic judgement, and an unreasonably high bar for design quality.

This person will have the ability to leverage their strong, but flexible design process and quickly orient themselves to different projects and immediately add value to product designs that inspire delight and bring clarity to the experience.
What you’ll do Work alongside other product designers to establish the future vision for products within the Ecosystem and Collaboration team
Collaborate with other product designers and design managers to explore new visual or interaction patterns for our products
Help establish design standards and principles for how we apply—and extend—our Spectrum design language across our ecosystem
Proactively seek ways to connect visual and experience patterns across products within our ecosystem
What you need to succeed High level of proficiency with Figma and Adobe creative tools
A demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional visual and UI design execution
Prior experience in design systems and a track record of solving complex design problems with elegant, intuitive, and performant solutions
Ability to effectively collaborate with other design partners by influence
Excellent interpersonal, spoken, and written communication
Highly organized and self-starter/ownership mentality
Creative and analytical skills to facilitate design workshops and communicate insights and influence partners and leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,000 -- $227,500 annually.

Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
