**This is an in-person Omaha position**

**What You'll Do**

+ Design and develop high-performance, responsive React components and interfaces for our internal GenAI platform
+ Architect and implement backend services supporting our AI operations, leveraging serverless technologies and cloud-native approaches
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements
+ Establish best practices and technical standards for our GenAI platform development
+ Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex features
+ Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability
+ Partner with Architecture to evolve technical designs and infrastructure
+ Collaborate with our Agile delivery team in all Scrum ceremonies and processes

**The Ideal Candidate for This Role:**

**What You'll Bring**

+ 5+ years of professional software development experience
+ Strong proficiency in React ecosystem (React Hooks, Context API, state management solutions)
+ Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
+ Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway
+ Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
+ Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles
+ Experience with performance optimization and building highly resilient systems
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail

**Nice to Have**

+ Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or similar modern web frameworks
+ Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or other AI/ML services
+ Understanding of banking or financial services domain
+ Experience with real-time data processing or streaming architectures
+ Background in building developer tools or platforms

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

**Compensation:**

Compensation range (base pay): $88,067.00-$145,309.00
_This role may have a specific starting pay within this range._

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

**Work Environment:**

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.

As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays.
