About the Role
At DoorDash, we move fast, solve real problems, and empower our teams to do the best work of their lives.

We’re looking for a driven, collaborative, and systems-minded Equity Operations leader to help shape and scale our equity programs as we grow globally.

If you're passionate about building processes that just work and love partnering across functions to get stuff done—read on.

The Global Equity Team is looking for a Sr. Manager Global Equity Programs.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the rapid growth and administration of the company’s global equity programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance, optimizing systems and processes, and serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners.

This individual will work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, and external vendors to deliver a seamless equity experience for employees, executives, and board members globally.

You will report to the Sr. Director, Global Equity Programs in our Accounting organization.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

+ You'll own relationships with critical external partners—brokerage platforms, transfer agents, and payroll providers—ensuring seamless service delivery that supports both employees and business needs.

+ Lead initiatives to upgrade our equity systems and ensure data accuracy.

+ Partner with senior leaders in Legal, Finance, and People teams to design and iterate equity programs that reflect the evolving needs of our workforce.

Your voice matters, and you’ll help shape company-wide programs that scale with us.

+ From expanding global equity operations to automating payroll and mobility reporting, you’ll lead key transformation projects with cross-functional partners to unlock efficiency and transparency across geographies.

+ Partner closely with our cross functional partners to navigate equity policies and taxation, ensuring compliance and governance globally.

You’ll keep our equity engine running smoothly and our stakeholders informed and protected.

+ Design and manage workflows and systems that deliver precision, speed, and clarity.

Your work ensures our reporting is solid, our data is trusted, and our decisions are grounded.

+ With strong knowledge of domestic and international equity regulations, you’ll help us anticipate what’s coming and build sustainable compliance infrastructure that scales.

+ You’ll thrive in ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and make smart decisions quickly.

You're decisive, adaptable, and know how to move the needle when it counts.

Why This Role Matters
The work is not just stock operations—you’ll be helping thousands of employees around the globe understand and benefit from their equity.

You’ll streamline the systems that support one of our most important employee programs, helping DoorDash remain a great place to build and grow.
We’re excited about you because…

+ You are a senior level manager with 8+ years of experience in stock plan administration

+ You operate like an owner.

You are self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and can drive progress under tight deadlines.

+ You have exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

+ You have a strong track record of achievement.

+ You have a strong tendency toward cross-functional relationship building and a bias toward action.

+ You can distill complex concepts into simple, easy to understand communications.

+ You’re comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and communicating effectively and efficiently.

+ You are capable of identifying and resolving issues before they surface

+ You have very strong Excel skills

+ CEP certification is preferred

+ Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and the Shareworks/EEO platform a huge plus

+ Deep knowledge of equity accounting and operating in international jurisdictions.
