Prime Video is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Design leader to spearhead our AI-first partner design team and shape the future of our B2B ecosystem.

This role will focus on creating scalable, innovative solutions that enable our business partners to deliver exceptional content experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.
As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Design, you'll lead a high-impact team focused on designing complex business systems and enterprise solutions that power the next generation of content delivery and management.
You'll be instrumental in building bridges between design, product, and business stakeholders while establishing the foundation for how we approach enterprise design in the age of AI.
You will also be a key part of a UX Design Studio collaborating across all aspects of the Prime Video service.

Key job responsibilities
-Lead and mentor a specialized team of designers focused on enterprise solutions and B2B experiences
-Drive the vision and execution of our three key platforms: Slate, Studios Backlot, and Operator Tools
-Define and implement enterprise design strategies that support emerging content types, including influencer content, creative studios, news, and kids' programming and AI-driven initiatives
-Architect scalable design systems and patterns that promote efficiency and reduce complexity across our enterprise tools
-Develop frameworks for complex business workflows
-Partner with cross-functional teams to create cohesive experiences that bridge business and customer needs
-Present design work to partners and executive leadership for review and alignment
-Spearhead AI-driven design initiatives that enhance business efficiency and partner experiences
-Optimize workflows and reduce operational friction -across our partner ecosystem
-Create unified design patterns across our enterprise tools that promote efficiency and reduce learning curves
-Lead improvements to team efficiency while promoting transparency and community
About the team
About the Team: You'll lead the Enterprise Design team, which focuses on three critical areas of Prime Video's business ecosystem:
Slate: Our partner-facing platform that empowers content providers to operate, optimize, and grow their business on Prime Video
Studios Backlot: A suite of creative workflow applications that drive efficiency and reduce operational costs in original content production
Operator Tools: Internal systems that enable our operations teams to effectively manage all content types across the Prime Video platform
Basic Qualifications
-10+ years' professional design experience, with significant focus on enterprise software and complex business systems
-5+ years' experience leading and managing design teams
-Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
-Excellent understanding of systems design and platform scalability
-Experience with B2B software platforms and transaction-heavy interfaces
-Experience designing enterprise workflow tools or content management systems
-Track record of reducing operational complexity in large-scale business systems
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with enterprise platforms similar to Atlassian, Asana, Shopify, or Airbnb's business systems
-Expertise in AI-driven design solutions and implementation
-Experience working with content management systems or media platforms
-Track record of building and maintaining design systems at scale
-Strong understanding of enterprise accessibility requirements and standards
-Experience working with global, distributed teams
-Background in scaling design beyond immediate headcount through systems and frameworks

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $162,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $268,400/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
