Experience Requirements:
SQL & Python (– years): Proven expertise in writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and developing Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
SQL and Python skills are a must-have for this role. Campaign Analytics (– years): Experience analyzing campaign performance, building causal inference models, and developing propensity models to predict customer behavior. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Understanding of experimental design, test/control setup, and interpreting results to inform marketing strategy.
Prior exposure to campaign processes is a strong advantage. Technical Skills:
SQL & Python Expertise: Advanced proficiency in campaign list generation, post-campaign analysis, automation, and applying machine learning techniques.
These skills are essential for success in this position. Databricks & Snowflake: Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and Snowflake for scalable data warehousing. Tableau: Experience building dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to marketing campaign lifecycle and customer segmentation. Experience working in cross-functional teams with marketing, data science, and engineering. Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
