Deltek is seeking a technically fluent and outcome-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead one of the core domains within the Strategic Solutions Team (SST).

As Deltek’s central team for shared technology services, platform enablement, and innovation, the SST is responsible for capabilities that accelerate delivery and raise the baseline across our SaaS portfolio.

You will drive the roadmap and backlog for your domain in alignment with Deltek’s broader product strategy and in partnership with SST engineering leadership.

Your work will shape foundational services that enable innovation, scalability, and consistency across internal product teams.

Collaboration is central to this role.

You will work closely with product managers and engineers across Deltek’s product families to gather requirements and drive adoption, while partnering with the SST and cloud architecture leads to ensure technical alignment and scalability.

Success in this role depends on strong product instincts, a solid grasp of modern, and a bias for cross-functional collaboration.

You will operate in a Scrum environment and play an active role in agile delivery rituals.


Responsibilities



+ Manage the roadmap and backlog for one of SST’s core domains in alignment with product strategy and engineering direction.



+ Collaborate with engineering leads, architects, and product teams to shape and prioritize requirements.



+ Gather and document clear, actionable product requirements through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.



+ Coordinate across product, engineering, and operations to support design, delivery, and evolution of shared services.



+ Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable value.



+ Drive adoption through strong internal partnerships and rollout strategies.



+ Act as a product advocate for your domain, ensuring that consuming teams understand, adopt, and influence service direction.



+ Continuously monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve service capabilities.

Qualifications




+ 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling domains.



+ Strong technical fluency; able to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.



+ Understanding of cloud-native systems, service-oriented architecture, and DevOps practices.



+ Experience working in agile teams and driving cross-functional delivery.



+ Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and manage stakeholder alignment across functions.
