We are looking for an Sr. Program Manager with a strong delivery record and deep program management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects.
This role will work across various internal teams and external service providers to evaluate coverage across multiple global geographies and across multiple disciplines/categories.

The Sr. Program Manager combines high-level program management with a focus on Operational Excellence.
The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for building mechanisms and best practices, identifying gaps in coverage and service level, and managing the delivery and quality performance of Just Walk Out launches.
The role includes managing the Technical Operational Excellent and Retrospective Programs to drive improvements to JWO launch performance.
You will lead cross-organizational business reviews, lead the development and implementation of infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation projects.
You will drive projects and initiatives that deliver better experiences for internal customers and our 3rd party providers, and scale how the team manages its responsibilities.
The successful candidate will possess solid business judgment, with a track record of strong program management skills, internal/external relationship management, and experience in physical retail end to end processes.
You'll need to be adept at breaking down intricate problems, synthesizing data-driven insights, and crafting clear, measurable implementation and process improvement plans.
Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate your vision and recommendations to senior leadership is essential.

Additionally, this position involves working with multiple stakeholders (Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, Implementation Management, Store Design, Finance, Legal, Tax and Accounting, among others).
Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross-organizational business reviews with key infrastructure providers
- Lead development and implementation of infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation solutions
- Identify and drive targeted improvement initiatives to raise service performance
- Empower internal customer teams like Implementation Management, Construction Engineering, Design Management by facilitating issue resolution and ongoing performance improvement efforts across the Launch process
- Lead design and implementation of initiatives and process improvements that deliver better experiences for internal customers and our JWO 3rd party providers, and scale how the team manages its responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
