As a Sr. Project Leader, you will use your project management and technical skills to plan and complete projects to ensure sustainability of existing medical products as well as support new product development efforts.
Using strong planning, organization, and collaboration skills, the Project Leader will independently lead a diverse scope of assigned projects with limited supervision including planning, monitoring, and coordinating project tasks, as well as maintaining and updating project plans and schedules.
Individual must be able to communicate and collaborate within a cross functional environment with individuals from departments such as Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Sourcing, Purchasing, Product Data Management, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and outside suppliers.
Your Team
The Sustaining Engineering Team, within Front Line Care (FLC) Engineering, is responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating engineering product design development/modifications of current model products and product lines.
We are a team of inquisitive individuals who embrace a collaborative environment to take on sophisticated challenges that meet the needs of our patients.
We often need to change directions and respond to issues to avoid disruptions in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
