Purpose:
Athene is hiring a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant.

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing Salesforce configurations that bring Athene’s CRM strategy to life and support our Retail Sales team.

You’ll collaborate across the organization to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and deliver innovative technology solutions that maximize the value of our CRM platform.


Accountabilities:

+ Ensures a high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform through administration configuration best practices and leveraging the latest technology to drive value out of the system

+ Design and implement configuration, automation and data solutions on the Salesforce platform supporting 200+ users

+ Adhere to deployment path for all configuration work across different environments

+ Technical understanding of CRM data sources and upstream data integrations

+ Perform user application testing processes to reinforce quality assurance and ensure excellent user experience

+ Execute on enterprise portfolio projects and implement prioritized solutions that deliver the expected outcomes to the organization

+ Effectively engage cross functionality across Sales, Marketing, Operational and IT teams on BAU and enterprise CRM initiatives

+ Liaison with IT partners to resolve Salesforce support cases through research and evaluation of root cause analysis
Qualifications and Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related discipline required

+ 5+ years of professional-level experience in business analysis and/or project management (or equivalent), with experience in CRM and/or technology.

+ Exhibit outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions to simple, easy to understand communications Self-starter; able to drive to execution with little to no direction

+ Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, adept at crisis management

+ Work experience in collaborating and consulting with executives, internal teams, clients, and distributors to arrive at solutions, while building and maintaining effective relationships

+ Proven experience implementing enterprise-wide change via new and/or enhanced data and technology initiatives

+ Financial Services experience, preferred
