Description
As a Senior Technical Product Manager in the Lead Management Organization within the AWS Marketing Integrated Demand Center (IDC), you will drive the development and prioritization of a global product roadmap that is revolutionizing how AWS manages, scores, delivers, and optimizes its customer and prospect base.

This strategic role enables you to establish best practices in marketing automation and data governance, drive direct impact on sales productivity and revenue, and lead feature development that shapes AWS’ customer engagement future.

You will own a set of capabilities and set the strategy, define the requirements, and make the difficult, high-judgment trade-offs between features and time-to-market.

You will partner with engineering and program management to ensure the programming model, testing, scalability and reliability promises, and experience delight our customers.

You are also responsible for influencing other internal technical roadmaps to ensure launch milestones and user experience features can be achieved.

This role will work closely with a diverse set of global, functional (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Sales Operation, and Legal) stakeholders.

As one of the team leaders, you will play a key role in building out our product management mechanisms, and help set the vision, values, and culture of our team.

This role may sit in one of these following locations: Arlington, VA, USA | Austin, TX, USA | New York, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USA

Relocation offered to these locations only from within the USA only.

This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Key job responsibilities
* Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into crisp product strategies and roadmaps, while managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and time-to-market.
* Write technical product documents, including narratives, feature requirements, EPICS, user stories, product specifications, ensuring clear communication and coordination with business, design and development teams.
* Provide technical leadership for software development lifecycle activities including system architecture, technical development and testing, technical support and administration.
* Drive alignment of capability strategy by working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
* Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers.
* Own experiments and create clear mechanisms to test and pilot new features prior to launch.

Ensure success metrics are well-documented and tracked to ensure feasibility analysis can be completed.
* Own the launch of new capabilities, including working with program management, enablement and training, and internal customers.
* Proactively identify and resolve strategic and tactical issues that may impair adoption of capabilities in order to achieve usage and technical goals.
* Identify new and innovative lead management services or capabilities to drive value for our customers and drive revenue efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience managing technical products or online services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
