The Amazon Music Personalization and AI Innovation team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive important initiatives and organizational mechanisms across the organization.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure execution of initiatives which deliver value from customers.

In this role you will own the execution and management of key technical projects in the personalization space.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive execution of core projects in the personalization space.
• Communicate with leadership about the status, risks, and progress of new customer features.
• Partner with tech teams to design and develop the system architecture and feature approach.
• Partner with product to prioritize and scope potential product features, and assist in crafting requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company.
