Sr Technical Trainer ISR (Deploy Only)

As a Sr Technical Trainer with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), you will develop, coordinate, document, and conduct training programs.

Based on the requirement for a trainer with airborne ISR mission systems experience, the ideal candidates are former military aircrew or technical specialists who operated these systems, or civilians with extensive defense contractor backgrounds.

They are skilled in operating sophisticated sensors, processing intelligence, and instructing others in these procedures while deployed overseas.

You will utilize a consultative approach to facilitate with project leads, clients, Business Area Leaders, and Directors, to analyze Training and Development needs.

You will put together multifaceted interventions/solutions that may include Change Management and/or Training Solutions that are unique to the client's particular needs while working with Operation and Program Managers to partner and agree on respective roles, responsibilities, and expected results.

You will monitor the training or intervention programs and modifies them as necessary to ensure that all identified needs are being met.

These programs will consist of training sessions both onsite and offsite, self-directed study courses, computer-based training, change management, career development, performance management, and individual development planning.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and 10 or more years of work experience OR relevant experience beyond 10+ years may be considered in lieu of required education
+ Experience with supporting/addressing customer training objectives
+ **Experience with airborne ISR mission systems experience**
+ Must possess strong verbal and technical written communication skills
+ Must be able to coordinate collaboratively across traditional engineering disciplines
+ Ability to speak, read and write in English
+ Advanced skills in repairing, maintaining and/or troubleshooting aircraft airframes and engines
+ Ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command restriction requirements for deployed locations
+ Successfully **pass a pre-deployment medical assessment** Ability to deploy for a minimum of **90 days to OCONUS operating location.**
+ Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required
+ **Work 6 days M-Sat, 12 hours days - 1st shift (72 hours)**
+ **Deployment tentative for January 2026 to August 2026 (Highly to extend)**

**Qualifications We Prefer:**

+ Background in technical training, programs, communications, or other operations function
+ Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is preferred
