**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Graphic Designer to join the digital experience marketing team.

We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about designing digital experiences that help users achieve their goals and continuously improve how they interact with our brand online.

This role is ideal for a design professional who blends aesthetic sensibility with user-centered thinking to craft intuitive, engaging, and high-performing websites and digital experiences.

In this role you will play a key role in shaping the digital identity, user journeys, and interactions on Proofpoint’s website and other digital properties, ensuring they are intuitive, consistent, and goal oriented.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the expansion of the Proofpoint brand and digital experience, while directly supporting the user experience to drive digital performance and demand generation goals.

We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, collaborative, and brings a thoughtful, team-oriented mindset—someone who thrives within established brand guidelines and values collective success over individual preferences.

**Your day-to-day**

+ Lead the design and user experience of websites, landing pages, and other digital properties using established brand guidelines
+ Create high-fidelity UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that translate strategic goals into engaging user experiences.
+ Design with a mindset for testing and personalization, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in layouts and components
+ Create images and other graphical elements needed for a quality experience on Proofpoint’s corporate website.
+ Collaborate with web developers, campaign managers, designers, and other marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
+ Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UX/UI guidelines across digital channels.
+ Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and web design.

**What you bring to the team**

+ 5–7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with a strong focus on digital/web platforms.
+ Experience working with established brand guidelines and systems parameters with a background in branding or marketing design.
+ Proven portfolio demonstrating successful design work for websites, apps, or digital products.
+ Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
+ Experience designing for scalable personalization and testing
+ Experience collaborating with developers and knowledge of HTML/CSS best practices
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive user experiences
+ Ability to summarize intake meetings and clearly articulate designs
+ Experience with AI tools as it relates design
+ Familiarity working in Agile or cross-functional product development teams
+ Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).

This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

**Base Pay Ranges:**

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 108,080.00 - 169,840.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 90,580.00 - 142,340.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 81,130.00 - 127,490.00 USD
