Job description

Software Resources has an immediate, direct hire job opportunity for a Staff Engineer II - Full Stack Developer with a major corporation in Phoenix, AZ.

4 days per week on-site.




What you'll do:

Seeking passionate, results-driven Full Stack Developer to deliver innovative, industry leading solutions.

We want a creative, highly-motivated developer lead who can take initiative, have good sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast paced, agile environment.



The Full Stack Developer position is a mid-level role which can demonstrate expertise in a suite of tools and products in a given domain and ensuring solutions are safe, secure, compliant and reliable.

This role involves identifying development and support needs as well as taking on design responsibilities supporting project tasks.

This role requires facilitation of dialogue and activities, while ensuring team collaboration including teams outside of their domain.

They are able to develop effective presentations and narratives for their teams.



Key responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:


  • Works both independently and as part of a cohesive team to deliver innovative software solutions to customers and business partners

  • Analyzes business requirements and translates those requirements into tangible work tasks

  • Collaborates closely with peer developers, QA testers, and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner

  • Architect, design, create and maintain the full stack (front end and back end) of customer-facing cloud-based applications.


  • Participate in the creation of new products and prototypes from scratch

  • Develop front and back-end website/app architecture

  • Contribute to continuous improvements of the existing product suite

  • Conduct code reviews

  • Ensure web products are responsive and optimized for a variety of devices such as low-end mobile phones, desktop

  • Proactively identify and fix issues to improve backend service scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance

  • Respond to urgent bugs in a timely manner alongside engineers

  • Help foster good software engineering practices.


  • Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation.


  • Actively participate in all aspects of the software engineering process.



What you'll need:


  • 7+ years' experience in analyzing, designing and developing using Microsoft Technologies and .Net framework.


  • 7+ years Full-Stack development using Angular and .Net as Frontend and Backend technologies.


  • Good to have experience working in other UI technologies like React, Node JS, Vue JS.


  • Extensive experience with ASP.NET Web APIs to build Restful APIs.

  • Good working experience in building applications using .Net MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.


  • 5+ years of experience with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS resources in Azure or AWS cloud technologies.


  • 5+ years of solutioning and designing high available client facing production grade responsive applications.


  • 5+ years of experience using Git, TFS/Azure DevOps for source control / project tracking / build management.


  • 5+ years of experience in Database using SQL Server.


  • Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.


  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver results in an aggressive production environment.


  • Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.


  • Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Work in Scrum/Agile environment to plan and estimate the work at different levels.


  • Cloud Architect certification is a plus.
