JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a psychologist to serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in a newly created integrative care program.
Our psychologist will provide psychological services to individuals with chronic pain, utilizing empirically supported patient and family centered interventions.
Our psychologist will offer individual and group interventions, psychoeducation with patients and families in support of positive outcomes, and interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation.
The Department of Psychological Services at UVMMC is especially interested in candidates who have a demonstrated background in multicultural psychology and can contribute to the diversity, equity and inclusion in the department, organization and network.

EDUCATION:
Doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
Licensed as a psychologist-doctorate in the State of Vermont
EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will have a background in working with patients experiencing chronic pain, familiarity with integrative modalities and trauma informed practice, commitment to a holistic model of care, a positive outlook, and the ability to serve as a strong and collegial member of a highly functional team.
Clinical Hypnosis required or training must be obtained prior to commencement of position.
