The team’s expertise spans fields such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, signal processing, computer vision, computational linguistics, communication systems, and other areas of electrical engineering and computer science, creating solutions with real-world impact.
Job opportunity:
The Algorithmic Solutions Group is seeking a motivated researcher to develop innovative solutions at the intersection of cutting-edge AI algorithms and ADI technologies.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and domain experts to bridge AI innovation with practical solutions
Develop cutting-edge AI algorithms designed for resource-constrained environments
Prototype and validate solutions, using both software simulations and hands-on hardware, to demonstrate feasibility and performance
Stay abreast of state-of-the-art algorithms and research advances in areas relevant to Analog Devices.
Qualifications:
PhD degree in Electical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
Experience in two or more of the following areas:
Developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models using frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-based AI platforms
Modern AI architectures and training paradigms
Deploying and optimizing models on constrained hardware using
Techniques such as quantization, pruning, distillation, or on-device retraining
Computer architecture, AI accelerators, and/or model compilation
Analog, mixed-signal, and/or RF circuit design
Preferred qualifications:
3+ years of industry experience developing and deploying machine learning models
Strong publication record in top conferences and/or journals

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
