Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.

We are seeking a Staff Software Developer to join the Wireless Customer Enterprise Orchestration & AI Solutions team.

This highly experienced individual contributor will work on the most complex, high-impact projects, operating with a high degree of autonomy to solve complex technical challenges that span multiple teams and systems.

You will be a recognized expert in your field, influencing the technical direction for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve the most challenging technical problems related to AI agent orchestration, enterprise integration, and scalable systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to design and build secure, scalable RESTful microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS EKS.

  • Influence the technical direction and strategic roadmap for the organization, focusing on autonomous operations and predictive intelligence.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cross-team solutions, ensuring interoperability and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to senior developers and other engineers across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies, including AI agent paradigms, QaaS infrastructure, and cloud-native integration patterns, to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices for API security, performance, and documentation across the organization.
  • Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a deep specialization in enterprise integration and AI agent systems.
  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and operating large-scale, distributed systems.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in AI agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems, including defining communication protocols and state management.
  • Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, and REST API development.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native integration patterns and cloud platforms (., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with performance testing, optimization, and advanced observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) of complex systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with API management platforms (., Apigee, Mulesoft).

    Salary RangesCompensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year Benefits
