About the Team

The Media Supply Chain (MSC) AI Team is pioneering tomorrow’s supply chain by applying the latest in AI technologies.

From automating metadata enrichment to enabling agentic experiences and natural language search, we are revolutionizing how media is produced, processed, and delivered.

Responsibilities

+ Architect and oversee technical design and implementation of Applied AI solutions in MSC.

+ Play a pivotal role in the evaluation and adoption of AI tools and models.

+ Develop reusable, scalable AI tools and integrations using MCP and A2A.

+ Establish and refine internal libraries, prompt repositories, and observability tooling for model usage.

+ Define, implement, and track success metrics and KPIs for POCs and AI solutions.

+ Present findings from POCs and res earch t o technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Collaborate with leadership to evaluate new AI tools and techniques.

+ Work with other teams to establish org-wide best practices in AI engineering, including prompt design, architecture, and data governance.

+ Mentor engineers and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

+ 6 + years of experience in software engineering.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

+ Experience building solutions with one or more of the following AI/ML concepts: inference/embedding models, agents, RAG, model distillation, vector search.

+ Proficient in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go.

+ Hands-on expe rience with AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI platforms.

+ Strong architectural skills with a proven track record of designing and scaling enterprise applications.

+ Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical projects from ideation to deployment.

+ Excellent communicator, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Willingness to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment .

+ Background in media tech, video workflows, or content intelligence is a plus.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros.

Discovery’s total compensation package for employees.

Pay Range: $128,100.00 - $237,900.00 salary per year.

Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.

In addition, Warner Bros.

Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
