We are hiring software development engineers at all levels to work on graphics driver and shader performance.

Our team analyzes performance of AAA games, engines, and other applications, investigates bottlenecks in software or hardware, develop features and optimizations, for our discrete and integrated GPUs for a growing range of graphics and compute workloads.

Your architecture knowledge, coding skills, and performance optimization expertise will be very valuable to improve performance of our software and future hardware.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent STEM degree and 6+ years of industry or research experience:

  • 3+ years of C/C++ programming skills

  • 1+ years of performance optimization experience in HLSL, DXIL, GLSL, CUDA, or other GPU languages

  • 1+ years experience in 3D rendering, graphics APIs such as DX12, Vulkan, OpenGL, or similar

  • 1+ years performance analysis experience with GPU graphics pipeline, SIMD architecture and parallelism, instruction execution, cache and data latency, bottleneck analysis and optimizations

    Working Model


    This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.

    This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.

    In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
