Front Range Staffing is seeking a Staffing Coordinator with 2+ years of recruiting experience to join our team in Colorado Springs.
Compensation: Base salary starts at $52,000, plus unlimited commission and performance bonuses tied to the company’s financial success.Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours expected based on business needs.
Work Environment: 100% In-person

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, recruit, and hire sufficient talent to ensure all job openings are filled on time, while maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Must have hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, social media, advertising, referrals, and professional networking to attract talent.
This includes actively promoting themselves through in-person events, a strong online presence, and the creation of engaging content and videos to build connections and drive candidate interest. - Create compelling job descriptions, client communications, and candidate resumes.
- Manage and optimize job postings across platforms, actively explore new sourcing channels to attract candidates, and ensure applicant tracking systems and resume databases are consistently updated and accurately maintained.
- Perform all pre-employment procedures, including reference checks, background verifications, E-Verify, I-9, and W-4 processing.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and field staff by facilitating clear communication, prompt follow-through, and effective issue resolution.
Provide counseling and support by addressing sensitive matters, discussing work performance, and delivering constructive feedback in a professional and empathetic manner. - Conduct sales outreach through calls to current and prospective clients, including cold calling and skills marketing, to promote services, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, B2B sales, or customer service with a strong emphasis on client interaction and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance (E-Verify, I-9s, onboarding documentation).
- Demonstrated multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fast, accurate data entry.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology, including A.I.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms for recruitment, content creation, and business purposes.
- Self-directed with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to remain composed under pressure and adaptable in shifting priorities.
- Able to attend job fairs, conferences, and after-hours events.
- Valid Driver’s License and dependable personal transportation.
