Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing schedules, coordinate shifts, and ensure adequate coverage for all nursing and support staff.

The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and skilled at solving staffing challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop, maintain, and adjust staff schedules to meet resident care needs.




  • Coordinate shift coverage, including call-ins, vacation, and leave requests.




  • Communicate staffing needs and updates to nursing management and staff.




  • Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.




  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new staff as needed.




  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies regarding staffing.




Qualifications:




  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.




  • Experience in healthcare staffing, human resources, or nursing home operations preferred.
