Summary: Supports Bridgewell's mission by working with individuals on a 1:1 basis to support achieving goals for independence.
Works in conjunction with other team members and services as needed to identify obstacles and potential support strategies that would help the individual manage and overcome those obstacles to implement strategies in their lives.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 24 hours per week, 8 hour shifts, flexible schedule.
