Summary of Duties:
The conduct officer position, reporting to the Director for the Center for Community Standards, is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the community standards process.
The conduct officer is responsible for student conduct case resolution, including facilitating the general community standards process as well as the academic integrity process.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position.
This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary:
$4,061.90 - $ 6,092.84 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience.
Experience leading or directing the work of others.
A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience.
Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year‐for‐year basis.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Human Development, Criminal Justice or related field.
Computer knowledge, including proficiency with Windows based computer system and Microsoft application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Fraternity or Sorority organizations and/or other student organizations.
Experience interacting with college aged students in a professional setting.
