Subcontracts Administrator

As a Subcontracts Administrator you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.

Our work depends on Subcontracts Administrator joining our team to provide support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.

HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Develops and administers subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and procedures
  • Creates subcontract solicitations
  • Supports proposal efforts
  • Negotiates price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price Analyses
  • Reviews and routes subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and payment
  • Compiles reports for Subcontracts and/or Project Management
  • Works with other program and functional area staff
  • Ensures compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parameters
  • Participates in and/or manages special projects as required


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.

    In lieu of degree, 6+ years of Subcontracts Administration or Contracts Administration experience required.

     
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience in Subcontracts Administration or Contracts Administration experience
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Security Clearance Level: No clearance needed
  • Location: This is a hybrid position working between our GDIT Facility in Falls Church, VA and remote
  • Due to the nature of the work performed and access to restricted data, US Citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $57,866 - $78,200.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
