Our Internship Program is designated for students that are interested in maintaining a sustainable environment.
We're looking for candidates who want to gain experience in Oil & Gas fields.
This position is for someone who is interested in seeing their ideas become a reality.
In this role, you will participate in all aspects of the business and gain knowledge to use during your career after graduation.
These roles focus on working with the business leaders to promote a culture of positive employee relations and employee engagement.

Ensuring that Health & Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, processes, and acting in safe manner at all times;Consults with line management, providing expertise including change management;Building trusting relationships throughout the company by spending time in the field and getting to know the critical challenges to growing the business first hand;Learn company policies/procedures, organizational development training programs, career development, employee relations, and all other training programs;Strategically collaborate with business leaders and potentially deploy programs to understand and improve employee engagement, employee retention, and turnover reduction; (including updating of policies, etc);Any other responsibilities given based on your internship program agenda.Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited university.Preferred degrees in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Petrochemical, Supply Chain Management, Logistic and Transportation or Project Management.2.5 GPA and above.Involvement in university sanctioned extracurricular activities is a plus!Prior work experience preferred.Interns must be currently enrolled in the preferred degree with an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
