Work Period: May 2026 to August 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week positionwith 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA.

There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range: Ranges from$28/hr - $37/hr.Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

Sitting between Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering, this role is perfect for those who love to sketch, build, test, and iterate with the consumer always top of mind.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to imagine what’s next for Ninja, transforming insights into elegant, viable, and exciting product solutions.
