**Job Summary**
PSEG is looking for a Summer 2026 Technical Intern Intern for the Utility Culture Team | Utility Strategy Department.
This job involves working as a(n) PSE&G is looking for an intern to support our Utility People & Culture team (UCT) in the Utility Strategy department.
The department is working to enhance the employee experience by cultivating a culture where employees feel heard, recognized, empowered, and supported through their career journey.
Additionally, the team is creating a clear strategic priority plan to help employees grasp how their work aligns with the business objectives.
The intern will be working with the department to achieve their goals.
This position will be Hybrid Flexible.
**Job Responsibilities**
Assignments will include working alongside professionals in the following areas:
+ Support utility-wide initiatives by strategically planning programs and events.
+ Aid in the planning and execution of employee recognition events.
+ Contribute to culture engagement projects - held both offsite and at various company locations
+ Assist with feedback platforms by responding to culture-related inquiries and preparing presentations.
+ Help with culture communications by creating content such as testimonials, videos, and other materials for internal use.
+ Assist in managing project budgets and identifying future project needs.
+ Support project management for culture events and programs.
**Job Specific Qualifications**
+ Be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or any related business disciplines and graduating between December 2026 and May 2029.
+ Students graduating in May/June 2026 are not eligible unless they are enrolling in a post-graduate degree program in the fall term of 2026.
+ PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
+ Incumbents must have completed sophomore level course work for consideration.
+ Because this position will require traveling to various PSEG locations, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required or an alternative means of transportation must be provided.

All PSEG internship roles are paid at an hourly rate, however there are no medical benefits associated with these positions.
incumbent's are expected to work 40 hours per week over the duration of the summer internship.
We are targeting currently enrolled/matriculating students that are able to commute to their designated work location as needed.
Housing, transportation, and immigration support will not be provided in association with these positions.
