In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our survey projects - leading the charge from kickoff to completion.

You will coordinate complex field and office work, guide a talented team, and ensure everything we deliver meets top-tier standards.

Whether you're reestablishing boundaries, preparing plats and ALTA/NSPS surveys, or diving into construction stakeout computations, your expertise will shine.

You’ll also be the face of ENTRUST in client meetings, helping build strong relationships and uncover new opportunities.

Along the way, you’ll manage budgets, oversee quality control, and sign and seal survey documents with confidence.

You will gain hands-on experience with tools like Carlson, StarNet, and even 3D scanning.

It’s a dynamic mix of leadership, technical work, and innovation—perfect for someone who loves variety and impact.

Project travel is required but is not expected to exceed 20%.

We are looking for candidates local to the Baltimore, MD area or the Richmond/Fredericksburg, VA regions.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying.
+ Experience with highway and land development plans.
+ Professional Surveyor License in Maryland and/or Virginia.
+ Deep knowledge of geomatics, GPS, GIS, LiDAR, UAS, and CAD.
+ A valid driver's license for occasional project travel.

+ Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $90,000 and $120,000 annually and is an exempt position.
+ Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match.

HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available.

These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
+ Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
+ May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
