Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for us on W2.
- Experience in handling MIM support.
- Knowledge of Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and CSI.
- Experience in handling Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Knowledge Management, and Availability Management.
- Good exposure to MS Office tools.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Must have reporting capabilities and ability to present reports.
- Strong communication skills along with email etiquette.
- Proactive thought process oriented.
- Strong team player.
- Basic knowledge of technical platforms like Windows, Network, Unix, DBA, Storage.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Good understanding of Service Management Processes.
- ITIL Intermediate Expert level certification.
- Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality processes.
- Exposure in preparation of process documents, SOPs, etc.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide support for IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain documentation and processes related to IT services.
