**About the job you're considering**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Systems Analyst to join our team.

This role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting IT systems and infrastructure to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems performance, security, and stakeholder communication, along with experience in cloud platforms and development best practices.

**Your role**

+ Optimize system and website performance through effective caching strategies, database indexing, and server configuration.
+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and goals.
+ Manage version control systems (e.g., Git) to support efficient collaboration and code tracking.
+ Enhance system security by conducting regular vulnerability assessments and applying secure coding practices.
+ Deploy and manage scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms such as AWS, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
+ Improve system reliability by implementing and maintaining unit testing frameworks and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
+ Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure smooth system adoption and usage.
+ Collaborating with network engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between application services and underlying network infrastructure, enhancing overall system reliability.
+ Troubleshoot issues related to HTTP, TCP/IP and DNS Protocols.
+ Optimize API communication across distributed services.

**Your skills and experience**

+ Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, IT infrastructure, or a related technical role
+ Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
+ Experience with version control systems and testing frameworks.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

**Nice to have**

+ Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
+ Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
+ Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
